Set A New Year's Resolution

Every year many of us set New Year's Resolutions to improve ourselves in one way or another. Popular resolutions include:

Lose Weight

Exercise More

Get out of debt

But there are many other resolutions that can be set. Consider some of the following:

Volunteer once a month in your community.

Read one literary book a month.

Walk for a cause in 2010.

Visit a nearby place you've always wanted to stop at but never took time for.

Grow one thing you can eat in your yard or in your windowsill.

Eat one new cuisine you've never tried before.
